At this point analogous times, we all think to somehow protect ourselves from getting infected and if we would get infected at least our vitals stick normally and we don't need oxygen support or a hospital. As the Second wave of COVID-19 is more dangerous than the first wave which was in 2020. 

Somehow we have to keep our body stronger than so that we cant get infected by the Second Wave of the COVID-19.

3 ways how to keep your lungs healthy during COVID-19? 


1. Do work out daily.

Workout daily as running, jumping, etc. As it helps our lungs and also increases the oxygen level in our body to fight against COVID-19.

2. Set 'Pranayama' as your daily routine.

The benefit of Practicing 'Pranayam' plays a major role in balancing oxygen in our body and it also increases the capacity of the lungs.

3. Leave smoking.

Leave smoking for the betterment of yours from getting safe from COVID-19 and also disease too.
